Looks like Ribbon was added, but it does come ff it is not permanently attached. Dragonfly also looks like it was added afterwards but it is attached. So not sure.

Green Angels wings might have a Crack in the glass, but I can't tell for sure. See Pictures! Wings are cracked type Glass, so if it is, you can't tell.
