PRICE REDICED!  Set of FIVE (5) 1991 Augusta Pirates vs Macon Braves ticket stubs.  One from August 13, 1991; two from August 14, 1991; and two from August 15, 1991.  CHIPPER JONES led Macon with 15 home runs and drove in 98 runs, while leading all qualifying hitters on the roster with a .326 average.  DAVE JUSTICE also had a notable minor league career with the Macon Braves in 1991.  Not sure if they played in these games in August of 1991.  All are in excellent condition, no creases, some slight discoloration on back - must have eaten that free chicken dinner!  Bonus is a matching 1991 Augusta Pirates schedule.  Postage $4.00.

In 1991, the Augusta Pirates were affiliated with the Pittsburgh Pirates.  Since 1994 the team is called the Augusta GreenJackets.  They are currently affiliated with the Atlanta Braves.  

After the 1990 season, the South Atlantic League returned to Macon with the relocation of the Sumter Braves, and the Sumter Braves became the Macon Braves, Macon's last affiliated team and last South Atlantic League team. The Macon Braves relocated to Rome, GA, and were renamed the Rome Braves.
