Pre-owned - Paint is matte, so it may have some mild wear, but no missing paint, there is also some mild marking on one side on the inside of the glass. I suspect this is some scratching from a ring, but you can't feel any scratching so its possibly an imperfection in the glass itself. Still a nice glass.
