📦 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please note: Items ship from Puerto Rico, which may result in slightly longer delivery times compared to shipments from the continental U.S. Once the package is handed to USPS, I have no control over shipping times. Thank you for your understanding.

• Items are shipped within 3 business days of cleared payment.

• Business days are Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Shipping methods may include USPS Priority Mail, Media Mail, First Class Mail, or Parcel Post. The method used will depend on the item and will be listed in the shipping details.

📌 Important: If you live in an apartment, please include your apartment number. I cannot change the shipping address after the order is placed.

🌍 International Shipping

International orders are handled via eBay’s Global Shipping Program. Shipping rates and import duties are determined by eBay and vary by country. I do not control these charges.

💳 PAYMENT POLICY

• Payment is due within 3 days of purchase.

• If you need more time, just message me—communication is key and I’m happy to work with you.

• If no payment or contact is made, an unpaid item case will be opened after 4 days, and the item may be relisted.

🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you’re not happy with your purchase, I accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.

• Opened brand-new items are not eligible for return. If you open it, it is considered used.

• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Refunds are processed within 5 business days after I receive and inspect the returned item.
