This tea cup, saucer and side plate trio was made by Colclough in their ditsy pink roses pattern 7433, featuring little dark pink roses and green leaves on a white ground with gold line trims. This trio includes a round side plate with scalloped rim, a saucer with a scalloped rim, and a cup with a smooth rim and scalloped handle. Colclough was acquired by Ridgway Potteries in 1955, and this trio has the mark naming both Colclough and Ridgway which was in use from 1962 until the 1980's.
The cup is 7 cm (2.75 inches) tall and 8.75 cm (3.5 inches) in diameter across the mouth; the saucer is 14 cm (5.5 inches) in diameter; and the plate is 16 cm (6.25 inches) in diameter. The trio weighs 350 grams before packaging.
The pieces have no chips, cracks or crazing, and very light surface wear, with very light wear to the gold line trims.
My packaging is always careful, and I use a mix of recycled, recyclable, biodegradable and new materials, so your order should arrive with you in the same condition it leaves me. Orders placed before 14:00 GMT will be despatched the same (or at weekends the next) working day. Please note that I send parcels weighing over 2 kilos with Evri rather than Royal Mail.
