From a huge lifetime collection of books from a former U.S. Congressman and lawyer. Many of the books are not surprisingly related to law and politics but there are also many children's books and Thoroughbred horse related volumes on racing, breeding and raising horses. 

This is a neat copy inscribed by the author in 1925! the cover shows wear and tear at the spine, edges and corners.  the book itself is in very good condition and inside the pages are free of markings other than that inscription.
