Screen has white spots / speckles when screen is on but can only been seen when the screen is tilted at unorthodox angles, it will not affect the average user (see images).

Refurbished Category Items:

We provide a hardware warranty lasting 12 months for all items marked as refurbished.

Used Category Items:

For items marked as used, a 6-month hardware warranty is included.

Parts or Not Working Category Condition:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer warranty or accept returns for items marked under the Parts or Not Working condition.

Warranty Coverage:

Our warranty encompasses repairs, labour, and necessary parts, excluding shipping costs.

Refund Policy:

Buyers may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt and return the item within an additional 14 days.

Any express postage option chosen and paid for by the buyer is non-refundable in case of a return.

We do not assume responsibility for any damage caused during the installation process. It is expected that the individual installing components possesses the necessary competence.

Accidental damage, including screen and liquid damage, is not covered under this warranty. Batteries are classified as consumables and are not included in the warranty coverage.
