Extremely rare collection of song lyrics from 1920s thru 1940s.

There are two letter heads with Casa De Manana La Jolla California;

one is dated 1945. We think the collection of songs used at that location in CA.

As pictured, there are hundreds of songs pasted into the album.

We purchased the collection for and old estate in Studio City, CA.

There is information on the first page about possible keepers of the book.

One being associated with Care Musicians Unions in 1920s.

We are selling the collections as is.

It is an amazing piece of historical musicology.
