Returns

Item must be in same condition as when originally sent.  Where items are New and Factory Sealed/Tagged, they cannot be returned if the factory sealed package/s is/are damaged, opened or tampered with in any manner.

Personal Use products such as under garments, health & safety products, etc., where the factory sealed package or the product has been opened, used or tampered with, due to health and safety reasons and the products not being able to be resold, are not returnable for a refund.

Combined Orders

If you are ordering several different items from us at the one time, where possible, we will combine orders unless instructed not to.

Where several different items are ordered at the same time from different listings of ours, Postage & Handling costs will be adjusted to account for additional measurements and/or weight and any excess in Postage & Handling costs of Combined Orders paid will be refunded to the Buyer through the eBay channel once payment is confirmed by eBay.  Additional Postage & Handling costs for multiple item purchases from the same listing have already been set.

In transit Damages
