Terms Of Sale

  • All the items that we sell comes with full 12 months of warranty unless stated otherwise in the listing. If the item is Dead On Arrival (DOA), you will be required to ship the item back to us within 7 days of receiving the item by Registered Post by properly packaging it. We will replace the item and ship it out promptly to you.
  • An Invoice will be provided for Warranty purpose. Any warranty claims after 7 days of receiving the goods will need to be taken up with the Manufacturer of the item. If you need our assistance in contacting the manufacturer, we will be more than happy to assist you.
  • We leave a POSITIVE FEEDBACK for you as soon as we ship out the item to you in GOOD FAITH. If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, PLEASE contact us ASAP and will try to do our UTMOST BEST to address your concern, for your TOTAL SATISFACTION.   • We DONOT provide Refund/Exchange for "Change of Mind". Please do your research before making a purchase. Refunding/Exchanging is a costly process and involves the postage costs. And also once the item is opened and used, it cannot be sold as a BRAND NEW item.
  • In case of Refund, 10% Restocking Fee will apply and initial Postage will also be deducted. In short, your return postage will not be refunded. And if the refund/exchange is actioned, then buyer will be responsible for the postage back and forth.
