LTC6268-10 High Speed Photoelectric Detection Module Ultra-low Bias Current 210MHz Transimpedance Amplifier
Features:
- Power supply voltage: ±5V (30mA)
- Bandwidth (20KOUM): 210MHz
- It can be used in transimpedance amplifiers and photomultiplier tube post amplifiers.
- Equipped with DC bias adjustment (RP2)
- Three optional amplifier feedback resistance (510K, 100K, 100K potentiometer adjustable)
- Reserved feedback capacitance CF position (default no such capacitance, need to choose the appropriate capacitance value according to the photoelectric sensor)
- Note 1: When adjusting the potentiometer, the minimum amplifier multiplier is greater than 10, otherwise it is easy to burn the chip.
- Note 2: If using the direct injection of constant current source, be sure to serially connect a resistor more than 10K, otherwise it is easy to burn the chip.
