Shipping Method


You can choose the shipping method that suits your preference from the following options:


#1. Japan Post's Economy Shipping - Typically takes 1-2 weeks for international delivery.

#2. Japan Post's Standard Shipping with EMS - Usually arrives within 1 week (Please note that Standard Shipping may not be available based on product size and other conditions).

#3. Expedited Shipping via FedEx International Priority - Typically delivered within 2-5 days.


No matter which shipping method you choose, you will have the ability to track your items. Please select your preferred option and proceed with your order.


We welcome "Combine Shipping."

If you wish to purchase multiple different items, you will need to request a total from our store. By requesting a total, we will send you an invoice, including the combined shipping cost. Here are the steps to request a total:


  1. Add Items to Your Cart: Add all the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.

  2. Go to Your Cart: Click on the shopping cart icon or go to your shopping cart.

  3. Request Total: Once in your shopping cart, click on the 'Request Total' button.

  4. Wait for Our Response: We will calculate the combined shipping cost and send you an updated invoice.


*If you are unable to apply for Combine Shipping or Request Total, please contact us. We will provide an estimated shipping cost if you choose to combine shipping. Additionally, any excess shipping charges will be refunded.


Returns


Return only can be accepted unused and unopened packages. Let us know if the item was defective and we will exchange it for a new item.
