6.3Qt capacity design: The electric dough mixer is equipped with a 6.3Qt mixing bowl, which can handle flour weights ranging from 300 grams to 2000 grams.   The maximum flour weight for fermented dough is 1500 grams.   We recommend a ratio of 10:5/6 flour to water, but you can adjust the ratio and add other ingredients as needed.   6.3Qt (7L) is suitable for large families
