This unit has a channel imbalance and is being sold as defective.

Measured with the same input signal and measurement setup:

Input: 0.1 Vpp, 1 kHz sine wave

- Black channel output: 5.0 Vpp

- Grey channel output: 4.16 Vpp

The grey channel output is approximately 16.8% lower than the black channel.

A properly functioning step-up transformer should have equal output levels on both channels under identical conditions.

Due to this channel gain imbalance, the unit is considered defective.

This issue is audible and not within normal tolerance.
