This combo is ideal for installations involving a front speaker upgrade or when adding an aftermarket subwoofer.
PAC's LPHHD04 LocPRO Advanced T-harness makes
amplifier installation a lot easier by giving you access to the speaker-level
output signals from your Honda factory radio. You can use
this T-harness to connect to an amplifier or signal processor with
speaker-level inputs, or to a line output converter with an amp.
PAC designed this vehicle-specific
T-harness to work with their LPA LocPRO Advanced line output converters, but
it'll also work with almost any sound processor or line output converter, as
well as most amplifiers with high-level inputs. The harness also supplies the
connection wires for low-power constant 12 volts (fused for your protection),
accessory power, ground, and remote turn-on leads for a system device like
an active signal processor.
The SHLOC/22 is a 2 inputs and 2 outputs active line output converter that features incredible input power capabilities, enhanced output controls, and noise isolation countermeasures. This line output converter lets you add an amp without affecting the existing factory system — you just tap into the wires going to a pair of full-range speakers for the SHLOC/22 inputs. Selectable load resistance and ground isolation options ensure trouble-free OEM integration. A gain control with a clip light adjusts the signal level for optimum strength and fidelity.
