Condition: Good. Photos show accurate depiction. Note, I go out of my way to highlight issues and make sure the product arrives as you expect (if not better).  Front cover and spine separated but still attached (see final photo). Most pages have no issues - some do have water spots / stains (see photos). Pages and corners good overall. some staining on front and back cover, misc spots yellowing on edges of pages etc. but overall clean and in nice shape for 140 years old.
