Here is a nice Vintage E model Electrolux Canister Vacuum in working condition.  The retractable cord mechanism is working and the vacuum motor sounds fine with good suction.  There are a few different brands of bags and filters included also.

The machine has some scrapes and looks to have traded paint with a few walls, but these are a robust design and so it probably has decades in front of it.
