This book is in good condition. 

No dust jacket. 

Blue cloth binding.  The tanned pages have a very few small scattered soil spots and a few small pen/pencil notations in the text.  There is a name and brief notation on the front end paper.  The front hinge is beginning to crack.  There is a light crack in the binding in the middle of the book, however there are no loose or missing pages.  The cover has some minor cloth wear.  The print on the spine is partially worn off.  

No print date is stated, but appears to be from the early to mid 1900s.  

138 pages plus subject index.
