Explore the realms of abstraction with this striking serigraph by an artist closely associated with the geometric abstract movement, possibly Frank Stella. The piece delves into a visual feast of bold shapes and vibrant colors, sure to capture the attention of any art enthusiast and add a contemporary touch to any space.

The story.....We received a number of A.P., P.P. and E.A Serigraph prints from an estate. Included were prints from artists such as John Lim, Shigeo Okumura, Mordechai Rosenstein, Charles Bofinger, and Dennis Goldsborough among others. The person who acquired these worked as a printer. And had a knack of collecting unique pieces with his "inside connected" job.  This print was included in his collection and is unmarked and not signed. We assume that these were probably the first "throw-away" copies before any actual production run was completed. One was noted with "L. Red" indicated perhaps a print ink change.

We have looked and have not been able to find an exact match for this print.   A.I. did mention once that it was a Frank Stella print entitled "Flanngraphics" produced in 1981 for the New York Coliseum Art fair. (See last picture) But we can't verify if this is correct. Was it a print, rejected at the last moment and pulled from the exhibit?...We do not know.
As a former Auctioneer and certified appraiser, sometimes you just don't have the answers.  And we just are not going to fluff or make stuff up.

If you love art and finding unique and rare items, this may be for you. We acquired three copies of this serigraph print. We will probably keep one for our small collection. Especially since as of now, I know of only three in existence.

If you have any questions, please just ask. And if you have information on this print and can give us more insight, it would be much appreciated.
