Who is Costume Super Centre?

Based in Melbourne, Costume Super Centre is an Australian run business,established in 2016 and operated by a friendly Team who have a great sense of fun and imagination! In this time our business has quickly grown to become one of Australia's Largest Online Costume Retailers.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept paypal payments or credit card through eBay. Unfortunately we don't have any other payment methods available. 

Are your costumes legit?

Yes! Our licensed costumes are 100% Authentic and Official. We also work closely with several suppliers to ensure our non-licensed costumes are of the highest quality. 

Do you have a shop I can visit? Do you allow pick-ups?

Unfortunately, we do not have a physical store for you to try on costumes or click to collect, but we do have a great returns policy if you're not totally happy.

When can I expect to receive my delivery?

Super-fast! We aim to have next business day delivery for nearly all metropolitan locations within Australia, except WA and NT, which may take 2-3 days. Whilst we cannot guarantee next day delivery, depending on where you live, if you place your order before 1pm AEST Monday to Friday, we will dispatch via our service provider StarTrack that same day. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne. Please note, bulky items such as brooms, wall breakers and weapons may also take an extra day or two for delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends?

If you place your order on Friday after 1pm or on the weekend, your parcel will be picked and packed on Monday morning. It is also important to note, that we do no operate or deliver on national or Victorian public holidays.

Do you ship overseas?

No, unfortunately we only operate within Australia.

Can I collect my order personally?

Sorry but we do not have this facility for general safety and systems control. But rest assured we will do our best to get your order out and ready for you to have FUN as soon as possible.

At Costume Super Centre, we're in the business of fun - so we're not happy if you're not happy!  We do know sometimes your order may not be quite as you expected. That's why we gladly offer refunds on any full priced products, if you change your mind. Sale and discount code items may also be returned for a store credit. Just check out the details below. Please note, we don't offer an 'exchange' service. If you need a different product to the one you ordered, just place a new order online for the item required and return your original item/s for a refund :) Conditions for returns - Please ensure the item is:

• returned within 30 days of the date of delivery
• unworn and unwashed with all original packaging and tags still attached;
• in the condition you received it in and is not damaged, altered or uséd;

It's worth noting that we can't offer a refund, if you were made aware of any damage or defect to the item at the time of purchase.

For items returned for change of mind:

• All delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.  We recommend that you use a postal service that can be tracked to return the items to us. We cannot be held responsible for any lost items if you fail to use an appropriate tracking service.
