We do ship items worldwide. The item will take 5-12 days to reach the destination. The delivery time may vary with different destination location. If the item do not arrive within above stated period than please do contact us. Dispatch time is usually 3-4 business days. We use FedEx, DHL, INDIA POST for different locations. Goods will take 5-10 business days in total to reach the customer in normal conditions. Also please indicate your complete address to have a hassle-free service, goods are professionally packed to prevent damages during transit.We also provide bulk or combo shipping at discounted Price whichever applicable. It depends on Packet's size and weight which ever high.
Return Policy
Our return policy is fairly simple and very up front.
If you make an error and buy the wrong item or change your mind, you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restock fee that is equivalent to the original shipping cost. Please contact us prior to making a return and we can let you know what the restock fee will be and if it will be charged.
Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
- We cannot accept items that have been installed, used or tried. Returned items must be re-sellable.
- Please include a copy of the invoice.
- Items must be returned in their ORIGINAL, OEM PACKAGING that they were received in.
- We do NOT charge restocking fees for items that are found to be defective.
- We do NOT charge restocking fees if we shipped you an item that doesn't match the listing
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
Your recommended responsibility on making a return:
If you are sending the item and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the shreejaa1 with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover your return.
Payment
The online shopping is very easy due to Payoneer. The shipping cost is mentioned with each item and there is no hidden cost except the custom / import charges which buyer has to bear on their own as every country has their own import policies accordingly the import charges will be imposed for the product. For expedited shipping quotes you may contact us before finalising your order. Those valuable buyer who opt for two or more items together will get the benefit of combined shipping discount.
Customs & Charges
All the Customs Duty's or any such related charges are to be paid by buyer alone, we will not compensate any such charges which are paid by the buyer, Buyer is solely responsible to deal with customs process and we will not be held responsible for same at any given time, We send only Full / Actual Value invoices with the parcel for declaration in customs.
