Minor factory imperfections, centering alignment variations inside the sealed pack, or slight cello-sleeve wrinkles can occur from the manufacturer and do not qualify as defects.

To prevent card-swapping fraud and high-value product tampering, all sales of sealed items are strictly final.

Premium Rigid Packaging: High-value sealed promo cards deserve maximum protection. The sealed cello pack will be carefully placed inside a rigid protective shield, and heavily padded between thick rigid cardboard layers to prevent any bending, shaking, or damage during international transit.

  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for any customs/duty taxes incurred in their country. Therefore, before purchasing, please check with your local customs office to determine these additional costs.

  These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick up the item—do not confuse them with additional shipping charges. We are unable to mark merchandise as a "GIFT" on customs forms; we and international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

  Delivery Information:

  Normally, international delivery takes 2-4 weeks. However, it may take longer depending on the customs process and delivery system. Additionally, due to the ongoing pandemic, shipping services are currently disrupted.

  
  

  Returns & Exchanges:

  We accept exchanges or refunds within 14 days from the item’s shipment date. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note that shipping, insurance, and handling charges are not refundable.
  

  The product packaging is designed to protect the product. Please understand that damage such as crushing or flooding of the box during shipping is not grounds for a refund. (In cases of new products, we never sell damaged items. Any issues during delivery should be addressed with the delivery company.)

  After opening or damaging the inner plastic bags or other protective materials, the item is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  Exchanges/refunds are not available for discounted products with damaged packaging.
