To initiate a return, contact our customer service team and request a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Return requests MUST be made within 30 days from receipt of your order. Unfortunately, we can't accept any returns if an RA# is not obtained within 30 days.
We do not offer merchandise exchanges. To receive a credit for your purchase, products must be returned in original packaging.
Please note we can only accept products purchased directly through Nordic Naturals on eBay. If you purchased your product through a third-party retailer, please contact that retailer for their return policy.
Returns must be received within 30 days after an RA# is issued to receive full credit.
We can only accept returns with a clearly marked RA# on the outside of the package.
All returns will be checked by our return specialists. If expected items or products are missing, the cost of those items will be deducted from your refund.
