• This is brand new and unopened. The cocoa it comes with should NOT be consumed as it's past its expiration date. This is just for the mug.

• My shipping days are early afternoon Mountain Time Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, not including holidays in which post offices are closed. If a personal or weather event occurs on these days, it will be shipped out within my 3 business day handling time. If you have a special shipping request, please send me a message prior to purchasing if me not being able to fulfill it is a dealbreaker.
  
  
• If you're interested in heavy items or bundling items, please be aware that shipping items over 1lbs, especially if you live on the east coast, can be costly. That is on USPS and other shipping services and their continually increasing costs. To help with this, please don't hesitate to contact me and I'll see what I can do to ship your items in a less costly manner for you, but I cannot guarantee cheaper shipping.
