Returns: We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective items. Please return the item within 14 days of receipt of your order. You may return products that are: in their original undamaged packaging, Have original manufacturer information, Are not used, installed, or disassembled, Are not damaged due to incorrect installation, Do not having missing parts, hardware or instructions. The following orders are not returnable: Custom or special orders Automotive repair manuals Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button Units, relays, air mass meters, etc) Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. Items incorrectly shipped to Auto Parts Genuine will not be returned. Items not purchased from Auto Parts Genuine will not be accepted. Please allow up to 4 business days after we have received the products for your refund to be issued. Thank you.

• In stock orders ship within 24 hours.
• Weekend orders will be processed the next business day.
• If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 days to arrive to us and will be promptly shipped to you. Most of the orders are shipped complete within 2-3 business days. A few of the parts ordered from the manufacturer may take up to 5-6 business days to arrive and will shipped to you immediately.
• Depending upon location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
• Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
• Oversized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
• We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
• Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
