This is a vintage Ballena Bay pewter dragon mug.  It is signed “hand made by Rivas 1985” so either made by Karyn or Rollie Rivas, the artists who are founders of Ballena Bay Pewter in Tucson, Arizona.  It is #106 out of 400.  It has been well loved and has scratching and minor pitting on interior…I wouldn’t use it for drinking but would be perfect just looking pretty on the shelf or for any number of other uses.
