CASTELLI AERO RACE 6.0 CYCLING JERSEY
The Aero Race 6.0 benefits heavily from CFD (Computational Flow Dynamics) analysis of wake flow in the riding position for fabric and seam placement.
The jersey will fit you even better when you're in an aggressive riding position while seam placement has been optimised to minimise drag.
At speeds of between 30 and 55 km/h, the aerodynamic efficiency is optimised giving more speed without an increase of power output compared to a standard jersey - you could almost call it free speed.
Aero Race jersey also benefits from Team Ineos riders' feedback, as they have collaborately worked with Castelli to make it comfortable for their long hours of training and then racing in every possible weather condition.
A quick wicking 3D mesh back ensures cooling effect and fast drying as you push hard on the pedals.

Find Your Perfect Size
To choose the correct size for your jersey, measure your chest and waist in cm or inches, as shown in the chart.
- Chest (A): Wrap a soft tape around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms, keeping the tape horizontal. Breathe normally—don’t pull too tight.
- Waist (B): Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape snug but not tight.
- Compare your measurements with the size chart (XS–3XL). If you’re between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort, or the smaller for a closer/race fit.
- Tip: Measure over a thin base layer similar to what you’ll wear while riding.
