We try our best to deliver the best photos as well as description and condition of our items. If you have any more specific question, please do not hesitate to message us. We respect eBay 30 day return policy.

If you wish to return items without issues this will be at your cost. However please bear in mind that to handle these return requests takes the charity extra time and effort so we would be grateful if you could carefully check the details/measurements before you buy. Whilst we would prefer to limit these if at all possible we also realise that there will be situations where this can't be avoided. We are more than happy for items to be returned at our cost where there are issues, so please contact us and we will happily resolve these for you.

 

Shipping

We typically use Royal Mail, Evri, DPD, Yodel and Parcel Force. We carefully choose the best shipping option having in mind the parcel?s dimensions, weight and value. We dispatch items as quickly as possible and with the recommended by eBay dispatch date. Tracking number can be found on eBay after purchasing the item/s.

We cannot take responsibility for delays which are caused by various factors directly at delivery companies.

We also use the eBay Global Shipping Programme for international purchasers.

Collection

Whilst we do offer delivery on items where stated, these are also available for collection so please contact us prior to collection to give us ample opportunity to locate the item and leave it at the shop counter below. Sometimes the staff downstairs are unable to either leave the shop or locate the item. 

 

Please note that anything which is listed on eBay must be paid for in eBay prior to collection as we do not have the facility to put it through the tills.
