These are new, the only scratches are normal. These are extremely versatile with a swivel socket on one end and an open end wrench on the other. Each tool has the same size socket as open end. The 25-524 is a 3/4” and the 25-522 is a 11/16”. I can’t stress how handy these tools are. Of course they are made in the USA!
