Dallas Cone was born in February of 1900 in Murphy, Thomas Co., Georgia, daughter of George M Cone (1868 - aft 1930) and Bettie or Betty Selph (1870 - 1947). On the 2nd of December 1917, she married William "Willie" Martin Lindsey, born 22 March 1896 in Berrien Co., Georgia, son of Benjamin Lafayette Lindsey (1868 - 1941) and Sarah Jane Rutherford (1875 - 1937). Dallas passed away 28 April 1963 in Cook Co., Georgia and rests in the Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Nashville, Berrien Co., Georgia. Willie followed her a few months later, on 19 August 1963.

Dallas' sister was Ruby Lee Cone Baldree (1920 - 1980).
