Beautiful and unusual sterling silver antique Chinese brush rest. This charming piece is hand made and has two hallmarks on the bottom. The rest is in the shape of a lotus flower with its seed pod. The lotus flower is a deeply significant symbol representing purity, beauty and spiritual enlightenment. The brush rest weighs 56 grams and is 4” x 3” x 1”.

The brush rest is pre-owned from a collector’s estate. It is in excellent condition with no dents or mars. It has not been polished and has a lovely patina. Please review photos for details.
