This auction is for two early West Montgomery Riverside Jazz guitar LP albums. The main copy is Wes Montgomery‘s original 1960 microgroove mono jazz album on Riverside: The incredible Jazz Guitar of Wes Montgomery. This record has been played, but still plays very well.

The record itself is in distinctly better condition than its cover. The record has good gloss and some light scratches. The covers look OK, but in essence the boards are completely split at the seams and are almost entirely loose. One of the seams may be very slightly intact on the very bottom, but I didn’t examine this in a really close fashion. The original, generic record sleeve is present, but also has some splits, especially on the bottom and has some yellowing. Record- VG; Sleeve- G-

The second album in this auction is Wes Montgomery Quartet Vibratin’, Riverside 9499. I would rate the record itself around VG and the Cover as VG- with some scuffs and a very slight bottom split. Please check the photos closely for complete details.
