is nothing noticed as missing or damaged that would not be clearly
shown in the pictures and/or mentioned in the item condition details.
Note that used items have been neither assembled, nor painted by us.
There is often no way to know if something was repaired, stripped,
missing tiny bits, not been glued well and may fall apart during
shipment.
If it's noticed it will be posted/shown.

miniature", "Space Marines", "painted" ,"Rogue Trader era" in the item
details...
.this gets easily overlooked when creating the next listing. Please consider title and picture for correct details.

We ship Mon - Fri
Shipping
gets more expensive every year, sometimes twice a year, but we try to
continue to offer free shipping where possible. Lower value items have a
shipping charge added, but if you purchase at least $50 worth of items in the store, shipping will be free for those items as well.
Your
items are NEVER "thrown in a box". You may find your minis packed in
such away that it appears careless, but I promise everything is packed
with safety in mind and coming from 20 years of shipping experience.
Broken stuff is frustrating for you and expensive for us!
The Picture and the item description do not match, why is that?
If
there is any part in this listing that does not match another, please
let me know. This would be a mistake. Please do not purchase that item
hoping for the better of the 2 to arrive. Most likely, the listing is
for the item you don't want.
