This vintage Inuit fur table mat is a rare find! Features an intricately hand sewn radiating patchwork design in cream and dark brown coloured furs, creating an unusual  shape. A very unique piece of Indigenous craftsmanship, reflecting the traditional skills and artistry of the Inuit people. Meaures approximately 8.5" x 8".

In "as found" estate condition. Has some damage to one of the seams, which can be easily repaired. Otherwise,  fur is in beautiful soft condition with no other holes or tears in the hides.
