Vintage Siebe Gorman Divers Torch. Maybe late 1960s/70s. This measures 28cm in length and weighs 1240 grammes / 1.24Kg. The body reads "Siebe Gorman & Co Makers London", together with a NSN. It has wear to the chrome body as shown.  The torch takes 'D' cells, and MES E10 bulbs. The battery spring is correctly in the base. It works properly, but you may want a stronger bulb than the one shown. I would assume the correct, modern LED bulb,  would be a lot brighter. The torch is designed so that there is no on/off button to leak. You screw is down tight and it comes on.
