I am the original owner, this Nintendo DS works but is in need of repairs. Sound and visual display both work perfectly. Touch screen is hit or miss, sometimes i had to press multipole times for it to work. The center hinge is broken and loose, the top half moves freely but will NOT stay in one place on its own. Both the game readers for DS games and Gameboy advance don't seem to be reading the games when they are inserted. The battery works perfectly, holds a charge fine. This item has been tested, inspected and then cleaned.
If you are good at these types of repairs, or need spare parts for a DS, I would recommend this purchase.
