Wear: Slight signs of wear are considered typical for authentic vintage pieces, such as light surface scratches or patina.  This type of normal wear attests to an item's age and adds to its vintage charm and character. 

Description: These buttons might be antique? I have had them in my collection for "way to long" (maybe over 20 years?) and never put it to use so time for a new home. They come sewn onto lace over paper.
