Constructed from 24-gauge 18/8 stainless steel, this pan offers durability and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for daily use in restaurants, buffets, and hotels. Its anti-jamming design, featuring specially designed stacking lugs, ensures that pans won't stick together when nested for storage, facilitating easy separation.
