The Winco SP73DS is a 1/3 size polycarbonate drain shelf designed to fit third-size food pans. Made from clear, durable polycarbonate, it elevates food above the bottom of the pan to promote drainage and extend freshness by keeping items out of liquid. It is resistant to staining, odors, and food acids. Ideal for prep tables, buffets, or storage applications, it is dishwasher safe and NSF listed.

Returns & Damaged Items
