New and unused, not sure if me opening the box to take the pictures makes it “open box” now, but there it is. It was too tall for my form factor so I never used it. Heat sink paste was pre-applied from the vendor I bought it from. Sold as is, untested, open box, new, what you see in the pictures is what will be shipped to you.
