Made from petg plastic, with intricate windows,  detailed English bond brickwork, ridged capping tiles, detailed chimney pots,

Guttering and down pipes.

It is 32cm wide

This is an easy build 3d printed kit, the roof panels are one piece, consisting of a main piece and a gable end.

The main building brick work is 2 pieces, main hall and gable end. Main entrance Doors are individual so they could be glued open.

Finials and facia panels are one piece, no need to assemble.

This is a kit that will need some basic assembly and painted.

It is a lot easier to put together than our resin kits!

It comes boxed and well wrapped for postage via parcelforce.

Suitable for G scale,  sm32 ,Gauge 3.
