My item is lost what should i do?
 -Usually we dispatch item within one working day, usually same working day.
Item considers as lost when:
 - It passed estimated delivery date (estimated delivery time varies from countries please contact if you need acurate time)
 -Post offices state that you must wait 7 working days before completing a lost in post form.
Therefore we cannot consider an item lost until 7 working days have passed after estimated delivery time, before sending a replacement.
 - tracking number shows same destination for a long perdiot of time ( over a week)



Deliveries by post or by courier into Europe or Internationally can take much longer.
If you pay for standart postage please don't ask for tracking number, because tracking number comes only when it is extra paid.
