You are bidding on a folk song that was the official theme song of the Royal Flying Corps during World War I. This is a photostat of the original prepared in 1925. It measures approximately 24 inches by 12 inches. Please forward past the first photo which was the description on the back as this was once frame. This was just pulled out of storage where is has been for the last 50 years. Wikipedia states that this folk song was erroneously attributed to Rudyard Kipling and others so I presume the author is unknown. Interesting poem lyrics with musical notes at the bottom to keep in tune. The drawings in the border are also quite amusing. I am unsure of any other copies have survived or the actual original so this could be a sole survivor. Great historical RFC memorabilia. Please review pictures and feel free to ask questions.
