How to use:
When changing your rat onto a new food it is important to do this gradually. Over a few days mix some old food in with Beaphar CARE+® Rat to avoid causing any intestinal disturbance.
The daily amount of Beaphar CARE+® Rat to give is dependent upon the size and weight of your rat. The below information is a guide, so you may need to adjust the feeding amounts to suit your rat's requirements.
Rats weighing 200–500g: Feed 11–22g of Beaphar CARE+® Rat per day
Rats weighing 500–800g: Feed 22–32g of Beaphar CARE+® Rat per day
Rats are mainly nocturnal, so it is recommended to feed them at night as this is their most active period. Always have fresh drinking water available and replace food daily.
