· MOISSANITE
A
rare natural mineral that was originally created by a meteorite and can
now also be made in a lab. We use the highest quality Moissanite in our
Moissanite jewelry and each piece comes with a GRA Certificate. All Moissanite stones test as Moissanite on
a diamond tester.
LAB GROWN
DIAMONDS
These diamonds are chemically, physically, and optically
identical to mined diamonds. They are created in labs using extreme
pressure and heat, or a deposition process that mimics the natural formation of
diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds are usually 60% to 85% less expensive than
natural diamonds of the same size and quality. All of our Sona stones are
lab-grown diamonds. Sona stones do not test as diamonds on a diamond
tester. We only use highest quality of stones.
CUBIC ZIRCONIA
A cheap, short-lasting simulant diamond made
from reacting zirconium dioxide. We don’t use cubic zirconia in
any of our custom jewelry.
· Other types
of man-made diamonds include: Marquise diamonds, Heart diamonds, Radiant diamonds, CVD diamonds, and HPHT
diamonds.
CARING FOR YOUR MAN MADE JEWELRY
Metals used are either 10K gold or .925
sterling silver.
Gold should never be put into any
type of jewelry cleaner. Clean, polish and shine with a mild dish soap, a soft
brush (like a toothbrush) and water.
Sterling silver will tarnish! Wipe
with a soft cloth on a regular basis to keep your jewelry shining. If you have
excessive tarnishing, we recommend using a silver polish cloth to deep clean.
Chemicals may harm the shine and finish.
Stones used in all of our jewelry
are man made diamonds, either Sona or Moisannite that will maintain their high
shine and lustre with simple care:
Never wear your jewelry in a hot
tub.
Never wear your jewelry in a
swimming pool or the ocean.
If you wear in the shower, dry
carefully after your shower.To clean the stones, use a small amount of white
vinegar on a soft cloth and wipe the stones thoroughly,make sure to rinse and
dry after cleaning. OR, use a mild dish soap and a soft brush to
clean the stones. Make sure and rinse the soap of thoroughly and dry after
cleaning.
