Here we have a late 1940s Evening Purse in Black Velvet 

The bag is triangular shaped , it has a finger loop handle , a gold metal frame and a Rhinestone clasp with a large green stone center 

The interior has its original mirror and a sating lining 

The purse measures : 9.5" across bottom / 7" height to top of frame- 9.5" to top of handle
