WHY METAL SPOOLS: Metal spools complete the original aesthetic of your machine. Plastic weren't produced until the 1960s.

Two Original Metal Spools for Remington portable typewriters with New Black Ribbon. Perfectly functional. These spools are no longer being produced so you should save them and respool new ribbon on them as needed. Rare opportunity to complete your Remington!

Good for all Remington's requiring the smaller, 1-5/8" diameter spools including:

Bantam, Cadet, Envoy, Pioneer, Porto-Rite, Remette, Remie Scout, Compact, DeLuxe Junior, Deluxe Model 5, Home, Portable Nos. 1, 2 & 3, 3B, No.5, Deluxe Model No.5, 5T, 5T-SS, Streamliner, etc...

Though the spools are marked "Left" and "Right," either will work on either side. Depending on inventory, you may receive one set, two lefts or two rights.
