Fold your Equinox down almost flat for safe transporting, packing in a case or backpacking!The head unit folds down into the arm cup to keep it safe and out of the way, and it only take 10 seconds to do it!, simply unscrew the retaining bolt just enough to fold leaving the retaining bolt in its own thread so you don't lose it! Fitting instructions.Remove the 4 x m4 bolts holding the head unit to the shaft and take the head unit off.Now use these same 4 bolt to reattach the head unit to the folding system. (Do not over tighten)Now use the 4 supplied M4 x 20mm stainless steel bolts to reattach the head unit back to the shaft.
