The giant Pleated Cotton filter element doubles the standard surface area to give airflow for 600hp and beyond and is a robust 'fit and forget' unit that will last for years. Hand built in the UK to OEM standards of materials, workmanship and detailing.

Little wonder, as it combines OEM-standard design and quality with very significant power gains on uprated cars. RacingLine follows OEM-standards of design, quality, materials and construction, all hand-made in the UK. Fits like a factory part; lasts like a factory part. Airflow is no accident. Fully developed with F1-standard CFD programmes, it's no wonder so many high-power MQB cars choose the R600. The giant airbox and filter surface area is key to this, with airflow capabilities to support power outputs of up to 600hp without restriction. Twin CFD-optimised front intakes extending across the front of the car help achieve lower intake temperatures and worthwhile power gains. The enormous airbox volume houses the giant domed filter, complete with thoughtful details like connection to the original factory drain tube included. The giant airbox itself is UK-moulded in factory specification PU Polyurethane. PU gives excellent heat-insulation properties, keeping airbox temps lower as well as great durability in all conditions. Every factory mounting point is retained for that perfect fit. The giant domed filter units are hand-made in the UK. RacingLine offer you a choice of two alternative filter units, to suit different owner’s needs. Both filter units are double the surface area of the factory filter - rated right up to 600hp and beyond. It's your choice. Whichever filter you choose, both RacingLine’s unique Trifoam® filter and Pleated Cotton units are hand-made in the UK for the perfect filtration and minimum restriction.
