Ball Joint Spacers :
DD built spacers are 1.5"/38mm tall and provide about that much front suspension lift over stock suspension settings as well as that much more overall front suspension travel. Actual front lift height will depend upon the vehicle\'s weight distribution and current torsion bar condition and adjustment which may be 1.5" more or less than the spacer height.Whether or not you prefer enhanced cression travel for high speed trips through desert washes or a balance between cression and extension travel more suited for rocky trails, these spacers will increase your functionality and ability to custom tailor your suspension characteristics while increasing clearance between the fenders and front wheels.
Our DD kits are built as a solid piece and will not bend or warp when stress is applied. We clete this kit with high grade hardware and extended OEM spec zinc plated U-bolts. Installation of this parts will improve Driving responsiveness and handling. This product is designed to fitted specifically and precisely to the factory mounting points.
The lift spacer is NOT a 1:1 ratio - Meaning that the lift height achieved is much greater than the actual thickness of the spacer. The reason is that the lower control arm counds the amount of lift due to its angle and length.
Extended Shackles :
- Greasable Shackle
- It will a much smooth ride on or offroad as the shackles are able to move with the leaf spring giving a much more linear stress reduced suspension action.
- Greasable pins are used to ensure a comfortable ride that also accept standard bushes.
- The greasable pins are pressed and then welded in to stop them from working loose and wearing the shackles plates.
- The greasable nipples are encapsulated in the nut to avoid being damage offroad.
- All extended shackles incorporate a stepped bolt design, ensuring that the shackles cannot be overtightened, resulting in deformation of the bushings.
- These shackles which will give you approximately 2" inch ( 45-48 mm ) of extra lift due to the fact that you are raising just one end of the spring.

- Rear Exhaust pipe and Shackle maybe touching each other. Rear Exhaust Piping need to adjust a bit, to create some space between shackle and exhaust pipe

- Please make sure your Leaf Spring is installed above the Axle ( Please refer to picture )
- Some model types of Hilux Upper Arm ball joint holder need to be cut to fit in ball joint spacer
